San Juan's Kadiwa trucks sell fresh produce
San Juan City, under the leadership of Mayor Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, is bringing fresh and affordable produce to its residents through the Kadiwa on Wheels program. This initiative aims to support local farmers by promoting their products and helping consumers access fresh produce amidst the ongoing pandemic.
The Kadiwa Truck will be going around San Juan City throughout the month of March to sell fruits, vegetables, and other farm products. The schedule for the Kadiwa on Wheels program includes various barangays such as Ermitaño, St. Lucia, Pasadena, CDJ, Little Baguio, St. Joseph, Rivera, Greenhills, Maytunas, and Addition Hills.
Residents of San Juan City are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to purchase fresh and affordable produce for their families. The Kadiwa on Wheels program is open to everyone from 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The local government and the Department of Agriculture are committed to providing support to local farmers and ensuring that San Juaneños have access to fresh and healthy food options.
