San Juan City reduced its curfew hours within the city to five hours, or from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.

"All health and safety protocols will remain in place and will be strictly enforced through our COVID-19 local ordinances and IATF resolutions and directives," Zamora said in a Facebook post on Monday.

Earlier, Parañaque Mayor and Metro Manila Council chairman Edwin Olivarez said mayors across the metro have talked about easing curfew to allow longer business hours amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Olivarez added that the mayors are also considering easing the age bracket and allowing 18- to 65-year-olds to go out.
