San Juan issues wheel clamping advisory
San Juan City has recently implemented a new public advisory regarding the wheel clamping and towing of illegally parked vehicles on the city's Mabuhay Lanes and City Roads. This move is in accordance with San Juan City Ordinance No. 70, Series of 2022, otherwise known as the San Juan City Wheel Clamping Ordinance, as well as MMDA Resolution No. 10, Series of 2010.
The advisory serves as a reminder to motorists that parking on the aforementioned streets is strictly prohibited and are designated as "No Parking" and "Clamping/Tow Away Zones". Violators will face severe penalties including the possibility of having their vehicles clamped or towed.
San Juan City's efforts to maintain proper traffic flow and ensure the safety of its citizens and visitors are evident in this new public advisory. The city government is committed to enforcing the wheel clamping and towing ordinance and will not hesitate to impose hefty fines on those who choose to disobey the law.
It is important for motorists to take heed of the advisory and make sure to park their vehicles in designated parking areas to avoid any inconvenience and additional expenses. Let us all work together to maintain a safe and organized city for everyone to enjoy.
