San Juan City Hall of Justice inaugurated
The Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Department of Justice, and the City Government of San Juan jointly inaugurated the new San Juan City Hall of Justice.
The inauguration was attended by several high-ranking officials, including Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, Senior Associate Justice Marvic Mario Victor F. Leonen, and Associate Justices Alfredo Benjamin S. Caguioa, Ramon Paul L. Hernando, Amy C. Lazaro-Javier, Rodil V. Zalameda, Jhosep Y. Lopez, Japar B. Dimaampao, Jose Midas P. Marquez, Maria Filomena D. Singh, and Antonio T. Kho, Jr.
San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora led the event, which was also attended by officials from the Department of Justice, judges from the Regional Trial Court and Metropolitan Trial Court, and city officials, including Congressmen Ronny Zamora and Bel Zamora, as well as the City Council.
The new San Juan City Hall of Justice has four floors and is home to the Offices of the Judges of the Regional and Metropolitan Regional Trial Courts, the Office of the City Prosecutor, the Public Attorney's Office, and the Philippine Mediation Center.
The new building is expected to provide a better working environment for the judges and staff, as well as improve the delivery of justice services in San Juan City.
