“Sa mga magulang ng mga kabataang edad 12-17 years old na hindi taga San Juan, pwede niyo na po pabakunahan ang inyong mga anak sa San Juan. I-rehistro niyo lamang sila sa San Juan City COVID-19 Vaccine Registration sa ilalim ng #JuanVax (12-17) (To the parents of youngsters aged 12-17 who are not residents of San Juan, you may now register them to get vaccinated in the city. Just register them with the San Juan City COVID-19 Vaccine Registration under the #JuanVax (12-17),” San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora said.

Zamora said the registration is open to all minors who are not studying and living in San Juan. Parents and guardians may register their youngsters using the link ( or scan the QR code which can be found in Zamora’s official Facebook page and answer the form.

“Hintayin ang text message mula sa ‘SanJuanCity’ para sa schedule at venue ng pagbabakuna (Wait for the text message coming from ‘SanJuanCity’ for the schedule and venue of vaccination),” he added.

The local government started to vaccinate minors aged 12-17 with and without comorbidities on Nov. 3.

Only Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be used in the inoculation of minors because these are the only vaccines with the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
